Business Visa Requirements for Armenia
Valid Passport:
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Visa Application Forms:
- 2 forms (TYPED ONLY) and signed by the applicant.
Photographs:
- 2 passport-sized photos (latest, not used earlier) with a white background.
- Camera-clicked and fresh.
Covering Letter:
- Typed only and addressed to the Embassy of The Republic of Armenia.
Invitation Letter:
- From the counterpart in Armenia.
Return Ticket:
- With live PNR showing a gap of at least 7 days from the date of submission.
Bank Statement:
- Latest statement for the last 3 months.
Hotel Booking:
- Confirmation required.
Authority Letter:
- Authorizing Mr. Panaj from Visa Alliance to submit and collect documents on behalf of the applicant.
Online Payment Receipt:
- Fee to be paid online by logging on to the website http://www.mfa.am/en/fees/.
- After successful payment, print-out of the receipt needs to be taken and submitted along with the visa application.
E-Visa Requirements for Armenia
Passport Copy:
- Front and back.
Photographs:
- White background.
Ticket and Hotel Confirmation
- Confirmed booking required.
Cover Letter:
- Mentioning duration of stay, applicant’s contact details (mobile number and email), and designation.
Invitation Letter
